The therapeutic process starts with choosing the right therapist for you. It is important to choose a psychologist that you feel you will be able to open up to. So, I have included a little bit about myself, my training, professional interests and philosophies.

I am Prudence Poswa, a psychotherapist proficient in English, siSwati and isiXhosa. I started with a Master’s in Social Work, researching how social media impacts parent-adolescent relationships. Then, I pursued an honors degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology  at Nelson Mandela University. Today, as a registered Counselling Psychologist, I diagnose and treat various disorders, using Schema Therapy and CBT. My passion lies in guiding clients towards self-discovery and positive change, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
